I came to yoga for the movement—early 2000s, Montreal—but it was years later in Whistler that the full picture came into focus. The balance between strength and softness, the quiet it brought to my mind, and the way it helped me move through the world with more intention—that’s what stayed with me.

I’m a certified Hatha-Vinyasa teacher with a deep belief in the power of patience, presence, and kindness. I care just as much about the inner shifts as I do the outer movement. Teaching is a way for me to help people feel more at home in themselves—body and mind—and maybe even carry that feeling out into their day.

I’m grateful to the teachers who’ve shaped my path and offered me more than just technique—they reminded me to slow down, to soften, to smile.

Off the mat, I stay creatively energized through photography, colour work, plant care, time with my fluffy sidekick, and joyrides on my motorcycle.
